At first view Project Management appears to be a relatively straight forward
operation which can be carried out in-house with little disruption. This
is true in only a small percentage of projects, once all the tangible
and intangible costs are calculated it can turn out to be a very expensive
decision when compared to engaging an experienced Project Manager.
A professional Project Manager is able
to draw on experience and implement control procedures to ensure the client
is aware of all the options available and the most efficient way of achieving
the required outcome.
